The blog’s designated copyright agent can be reached Via Our Contact Us Page. Upon receiving a notification of claimed copyright infringement, the blog will take appropriate steps to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. In accordance with the DMCA, the blog will also provide a copy of the notification of claimed infringement to the alleged infringer and inform them of the action taken to remove or disable access to the material. The alleged infringer may then submit a counter-notification to the blog’s designated copyright agent if they believe that their material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification. The blog will have no liability for any material that may have been removed or disabled as a result of a notification of claimed copyright infringement. The blog will also have no liability for any material that may have been restored after being removed or disabled as a result of a counter-notification. If you believe that your copyright has been infringed, please follow the procedure outlined above to submit a notification of claimed copyright infringement.
